Health coaching helps you to understand which areas of your life are fulfilling and which parts are out of balance. A holistic view of health includes your physical, emotional, spiritual and social well-being. When you’re out of sync, your life can feel heavy, stagnant, and there is a lack of joy and fulfillment.
Your Inner Wisdom can help you see where you are out of balance and how that impacts your life. Physical health issues are often the gateway to showing you where you need to focus. For example, arthritis can indicate a lack of flexibility in your decisions and attitudes. Once you bring attention to that symptom and understand the root causes, your Inner Wisdom helps to identify options for healing. As a health coach, I serve as a guide and a partner as you take charge of your own health and well-being.
At times, other forms of alternative and complementary therapies, such as acupuncture, aromatherapy or bodywork, may be helpful for supporting your health. If this is the case, appropriate referrals will be made.
